Get ready to paint the town green! The Fort Lauderdale St. Patrick's Day Parade and Festival marches into downtown on Saturday, March 9, 2013 to celebrate all things Irish!
Last year's event was an overwhelming success! The free Parade and Festival drew thousands of spectators to the streets of downtown Fort Lauderdale for a one-of-a-kind day-long celebration of Irish heritage.
This year's event promises to be bigger and better than ever!

10:00 – 11:00 AM – Irish Fiddle and Tenor Banjo Workshop – Kids Zone Stage
11:00 AM – 6:00 PM – Bounce houses, petting zoo, pony rides, face painting, trackless train - Kids Zone
11:00 AM – Irish Blessing & Mayor's Welcome – Huizenga Plaza
11:15 AM – Parachute Demonstration – Huizenga Plaza
11:30 AM – Leprechaun Leap Family Run – Huizenga Plaza to S.E. 5th Avenue
12:00 PM – Parade Begins – Las Olas Boulevard from S.E. 5th Avenue to Riverfront
2:00 – 3:00 PM – Irish Harp Demonstration – Kids Zone Stage
3:00 – 4:00 PM – Puppet Show – Kids Zone Stage
3:15 PM – Irish Dancers – Huizenga Plaza
3:45 – 4:45 PM – Avalon (band) – Huizenga Plaza
4:00 – 5:00 PM – Storytelling – Kids Zone Stage
5:00 PM – Pipe Band – Huizenga Plaza
5:00 – 6:00 PM – Ancient Bodhran Celtic Rim Drum Presentation – Kids Zone Stage
5:30 – 7:00 PM – The Fineans (band) – Huizenga Plaza
The free St. Patrick's Day Parade and Festival will feature decorative floats, live music and entertainment, a kids zone, exhibitors, games and contests, and Irish food and beverages.
