About The Heart of the Olive: The Heart of the Olive is the creation of dulcimer performer and international recording artist Kevin Roth.  During one of his concert tours, Kevin stepped into a gourmet Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar tasting room and fell in love with the infused flavors and artisan concept. Roth has performed at the White House, for Smithsonian, National Geographic, Sony Records among others, and he soon began to create his concept of a store and online culinary collection for foodies and artisans, combining food, art, and charity into one concept. The Heart of the Olivewas born. Visit www.theheartoftheolive.com for more information.
