DAVIE, Fla. – Young At Art Museum will host a spooktacular, art-filled Halloween Party on Friday, October 25 from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Museum, located at 751 S.W. 121 Ave. in Davie.

Fun for the entire family, this year's spooktacular celebration includes a range of activities. From 3 to 5 p.m., children age 5 and younger can participate in Storytime & Art, Larry’s Monster Jam and a costume parade. After 5 p.m., older children can join the DJ monster dance party, enjoy a Broadway Kids performance of Thriller!, and a closing costume parade. Activities that all ages can look forward to during the party include glow-in-the-dark spooky masks; a Lichtenstein pumpkin art workshop ($5 per person); a trick-or-treat bag design workshop; friendship ghost cards; ghost stories by Merry Wadja of the Stranahan House Museum; refreshments, such as lava pudding treats form Rainforest Café, Sawgrass; and exploration of the Museum and current national exhibition Zap! Pow! Bam! The Superhero: The Golden Age of Comic Books, 1938-1950. Also, Jacaranda Orthodontics will host a workshop on caring for teeth after indulging in all the party’s sweet delights.

The cost is included with museum paid admission: $13 per person; $12 for seniors and children over age 1. Come dress up as your favorite Super Hero and receive $10 off a family membership.
