Flamingo Gardens' inaugural food and wine fundraiser, Gala in the Gardens, will take place Sunday, February 10, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Flamingo Gardens in Davie, FL. The event will offer guests premium wines and craft beers paired with samplings of the finest foods from 10 area restaurants and caterers amid the beautiful botanical gardens. Flamingo Garden's 60 acres of lush botanical gardens showcasing rare and Florida-native plants and animals, is the perfect setting for the food and wine gala. Guests may dine under the stars while listening to live music by Treebo with Noel Lorica, and bid on the many fabulous items in the silent auction. The event is organized by the Friends of Flamingo Gardens. Proceeds from the event will help sustain and care for the non-profit botanical gardens and wildlife sanctuary.

Tickets: General Admission Tickets to the event are $40.00 in advance for Flamingo Gardens members and $50.00 for non-members; prices increase to $50 & $60 on the day of the event. VIP Tickets are $65 for members and $75 for non-members and must be purchased in advance. VIP Tickets include reserved table seating and entry to the VIP International Wine Imports Gallery where guests may attend exclusive tastings of 6 premier wines from France and 6 premier wines from Italy. VIP Tickets are limited and may sell out.
