From Friday, April 26th to Sunday, April 28th, 2013. Set at Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach, enjoy food tastings and pairing, wine, craft beer, and live entertainment in a beautiful Beach setting in Deerfield. This year promises to be a festival no one will ever forget with four special events over three days.
Chose between two exciting events on Friday, VIP Dinner Under the Stars or the Vineyard Party. VIP Dinner Under The Stars on Friday, April 26, 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. brings guests an exclusive intimate four-course meal with wine and food pairings. Bring your significant other and pick a specialty - French, Mediterranean, Italian or American and have a personal chef and wine sommelier prepare a gourmet feast of your choice. Vineyard Party is also Friday, April 26, 7:30 p.m. – 10:00 pm. This is the perfect place for food enthusiasts who are feeling festive but would rather stroll while enjoying the balmy breeze, mix and mingle, while indulging with fine wine and food. Specialty food platters will be prepared by hand picked top chefs, enjoy beer bars and live entertainment perfect for a fun filled evening of dance and decadence. VIP guests will have free entry to the Vineyard party with food tastings, craft beer and live entertainment.

The Grand Tasting event is on Saturday April 27, 6:00 p.m. -10:30 p.m. The best of South Florida's Culinary Chef's will prepare fresh cuisine from around the world. It is a day to indulge your senses. Be amazed as the meadow is transformed into a lavish walkway filled with gastronomic tastes, sounds and visions, sure to please your palette. Meet and mingle with other foodie lovers and tri-country area chef's as they prepare their signature dishes. Stroll through the festival to places afar with live cooking demonstrations, sensory tasting classes presented by our Festival Sommelier, garden and farmers market, business and retail-shopping bazaar. During the evening enjoy Live Entertainment and dancing at the Main Entertainment Stage. This is a true Blue Wave Affair!

Finally, Sunday Brunch from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. the Jazz Bubbles & Brunch. Start your day with an exotic European breakfast with an expansive array of brunch stations; unique fruit arrangements and fresh catch dishes. Enjoy sipping bottomless Sparkling Wines, Mimosas and Bloody Mary's while listening to live entertainment by The Urban Gypsy band, a Eclectic Jazz Trio who will perform on the Main Entertainment Stage.
