Beginning Fall 2011, the Police Department will hold combined Homeowner Association Meetings to discuss the issues in our community. Working together as neighbors, we can tackle problems and resolve issues as a united body.

The HOA's included are Flagler Village, Victoria Park, Middle River Terrace, Poinsettia Heights, Lake Ridge, Sunrise Intracoastal, Bal Harbour, Coral Ridge, Coral Shores and Sunrise Key.
Police District 3
The Police District 3 West Sector combined HOA meeting will take place the second Tuesday of every month at 7:30 PM. The west sector includes Melrose Park, Melrose Manors, Lauderdale West, Sunset Civic Association, Lauderdale Isles, Riverland Manors, River Landings, Riverland Village, Riverland Woods, Oak River, Chula Vista, Flamingo Park, River Run, Riverland Civic Association, Shady Banks and Riverside Park.

The east/downtown sector includes Sailboat Bend, Beverly Heights, Colee Hammock, Downtown Civic Association, Tarpon River, Rio Vista, Lauderdale Harbour, Harbordale Civic Association, Poinciana Park Civic Association, Edgewood Civic Association, River Oaks and Croissant Park.
