Capital Resorts Group and SPM Resorts have teamed up once again to bring Capital Resorts Club members and guests a second vacation destination in Florida, this time in Pompano Beach at La Costa Beach Club Resort. The unique alliance between these two companies will strengthen the value of being a Capital Resorts Club member by adding highly sought-after vacation destinations to the Capital Collection portfolio.

Originally constructed in 1982, La Costa Beach Club, recently underwent a $3.7 million property improvement plan. The massive renovation project revitalized the whole property from the landscaping to the interior and exterior of 77 units. SPM Resorts, a leader in the resort management industry, led the renovation project, which began in 2014, and regards it as a classic example of an organized board of directors working hard to create value for its members and guests.
