Dania Beach, FL – Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation of Florida, led by Charles S. Cohen, today announced it had signed leases for seven showrooms in the DCOTA building, located at 1855 Griffin Road in Dania Beach. Three of the leases are with new tenants and four are renewals:

Totaling more than 23,000 square feet of prime showroom space, the seven signed leases include:

• Mundo Madeval Corp., an Ecuadorian Kitchen and cabinetry company offering a harmonious composition of functionality beauty, also found in Cohen’s Decorative Center Houston. (New Lease)
• Dary Rees, an extraordinary artist, furniture maker and art dealer. (New Lease)
• Snaidero, an award-winning kitchen and cabinetry company based in Italy. (New Lease)
• Romo, a distinctive British textile, fabric and wallcovering company offering collections that are diverse in style and enriched with a sophisticated color palette, now located in all four Cohen Design Centers nationwide. (Renewal)
• Holland & Sherry, a distinguished textile and fabric company since 1836, now located in all four Cohen Design Centers nationwide. (Renewal)
• Ammon Hickson, which represents a curated collection of exceptional and innovative manufacturers of the finest quality design products, including textiles, wallcoverings, furniture, lighting, leather, and fine art. (Renewal)
• US Design, dba Florense, a Brazilian manufacturer of high-end kitchens and cabinetry, also found in Cohen’s Decorative Center Houston. (Renewal)
