MIRAMAR, Fl – Miramar Park of Commerce, the largest locally owned and managed business park in South Florida, has announced the following lease renewals:
uBoxes, LLC, a nationwide distributor and importer of packaging, shipping and industrial supplies, offering a complete line of packaging products and shipping supplies to its moving customers and B2B affiliates including packing tape, stretch wrap, bubble rolls, packing paper, bubble bags and other packing supplies, renewed its lease for 12,627 square feet of space at 3521 Enterprise Way. Ryan Goggins of Sunbeam Properties, developer of the Park, represented the Park in the transaction.
Emteq, a worldwide leader in the production and supply of innovative products for the aviation industry, specializing in avionics systems and integration, interior lighting and cabin comfort and exterior lighting products for retrofit and forward fit applications in the military, corporate, HOS/VIP, helicopter and air transport markets, renewed its lease for 5,004 square feet of space at 3110 Commerce Parkway. Emteq is one of several companies located in the hub of aviation-related businesses at the Park. Maridee Bell, Vice President of Sunbeam Properties, and Goggins represented the Park in the transaction.
