Shanley, Esq. has joined the firm’s Fort Lauderdale, Fla. office as partner. Shanley, a resident of Pembroke Pines, Fla. specializes in Medical Negligence and Department of Health matters, defending physicians, dentists, hospitals and nursing homes. She has extensive experience representing hospitals (nurses, risk managers, and a variety of therapists in a hospital setting) in medical negligence actions.
Lubell Rosen is dedicated to providing full service representation as well as defending and protecting physicians and health care professionals.
Shanley joins Lubell Rosen from the firm Heath & Carcioppolo Chartered, where she was an attorney from 2008–2013, practicing medical malpractice defense, personal injury, insurance defense, nursing home litigation, and Department of Health investigations. Prior to that time, she was an attorney with Fowler White Burnett, P.A.; Peterson Bernard; ZeberskyPayne, LLP; and Conroy, Simberg & Ganon.
Shanley is a member of The Florida Bar and the Health Law and Trial Lawyers sections. She is licensed by the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida; United States District Court, Middle District of Florida; and United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Shanley holds a J.D. (Cum Laude) from University of Miami School of Law in Miami, Fla., and a Bachelor of Arts inPsychology from Florida International University in Miami, Fla.
