Segal as Executive Vice President of Insurance Operations. With over 40 years of risk management and insurance experience, Segal will oversee the day to day operations of CRA's Commercial Team and will be involved in all of CRA's clients' insurance marketing, negotiations and placements of complicated or difficult insurance lines. She will also be responsible for the implementation and on-going development and adaptation of the agency's automation system; CRA's high standard for policies and procedures relating to ethics, workflows, and quality management; mentoring the CRA staff within commercial lines; and assisting other team members with new business production.

Prior to joining CRA, Segal held the position of Senior Account Executive with national insurance broker USI Insurance Services, LLC where she was responsible for the oversight, synchronization, and timely delivery of risk management and client services for Stewardship and several major and often complex accounts in varied industry segments. She has also held positions with USI predecessor firms Summit Global Partners and Century Financial Services (CFS). Prior to joining CFS, Segal had worked at several other national brokerage firms including Johnson & Higgins (now Marsh & McLennan) and Frank B. Hall (now AON). She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University.
