BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. – If you’re a summer camp provider still in the planning stages of your camp lessons, 4-H invites you to a day of hands-on learning you can incorporate at your camp. The Broward 4-H Youth Development Program will offer this one-day training on June 4 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. The workshop will be held at the University of Florida Fort Lauderdale Research Center, 3205 College Ave., Davie.

STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), financial literacy, and health activities will be presented by the trained professionals and volunteers of the Broward and Palm Beach Cooperative Extension Service offices. Space is limited and preregistration is required. Dress is comfortable business casual. The fee is $20/person and includes lunch.
