Scheduled to open on April 22nd, Allied Kitchen & Bath newly designed 20,000-square-foot space is located at
3484 NE 12th Avenue in the Downtown Oakland Park Culinary Arts District.

The new Allied Kitchen & Bath location is an extension of their current showroom that is located at 616 West Oakland Park Boulevard, and will showcase kitchen models, including several functional, interactive models, in addition to a broad display of cabinetry, appliances, custom closets, decorative hardware, bath displays, plumbing, lighting, flooring, outdoor kitchens and home accessories. The new location will also feature technologically advanced equipment such as multiple flat screen televisions and a projector system that will continuously display creative design ideas as inspiration for clients.
Several functional and interactive models will also be in the new showroom including appliances from Monark Premium Appliance Company which aims to enhance and elevate the way we live. Monark has partnered with Allied Kitchen & Bath to provide the following brands: Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Miele, KitchenAid, Dacor and Thermador.

Allied Kitchen & Bath plans to hire between 5 and 10 new employees including interior and outdoor designers specializing in complete home remodeling. Occupying about 10,000-square-feet, Allied Kitchen and Bath will lease the remaining half to culinary-related tenants.
