FORT LAUDERDALE, Fl — Dimitrios Dalkalitsis has been promoted to agency manager at The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company (Western & Southern Life) to lead business development and operations for the company’s South Florida Agency. 

“With his strong background in leadership and sales, Dimitrios is a perfect fit for this position,” said Miguel Tavares, divisional vice president. “He serves as a key asset in leading the South Florida team’s efforts to provide more middle-market consumers with solutions to their financial needs.”

As agency manager, Dalkalitsis is responsible for driving profitable sales growth and training, coaching, and developing current and future sales managers in the region.

Prior to joining Western & Southern Life as a staff manager in 2013, Dalkalitsis acquired seven years of financial services experience, including four years with New York Life Insurance Company. He holds FINRA registrations 6, 26 and 63.
