The Grand Prize winner will receive two tickets to the New Year's Eve Event and a special meet and greet backstage with DJ Irie, the official DJ of the Miami Heat.
The 2nd Annual Orange Drive Miami Beach Music Festival, a three day event on the sands of Ocean Drive (between 7th and 9th), will feature performances by Ne-Yo, Cee Lo Green, Pete Wentz, Boyz II Men and Jermaine Dupri as part of their line-up.

The Grand Prize includes a pair of VIP tickets to the Festival and a special meet and greet with DJ Irie backstage. The second place winner will receive a pair of VIP tickets to the New Year's Eve event, and the third place winner will receive a pair of general admission tickets. The winners will be selected randomly.
The contest is running on the BankAtlantic website from December 6-15, 2011 and the winners will be notified on December 16th.
