I saw your advertisement when I walked by from Outback. It was impressive and I took a brochure. I stopped in again when I was going by and told the receptionist Sandra I needed to be seen in 10 min.
Your place was filled with people. But within 8 min. I was seated with Melissa who was extremely bright,
quick, knowledgeable. She had several frames in front of me with an excellent price! I had walked to look at all of your frame selection as well...high quality...and that surprised me. My old glasses were hanging off my face and within a minute she fixed them. She looked at my fairly new prescription and gave me a price for 2 pair of glasses. I was amazed and told her to give me 48 hrs. Again she saved them in a drawer and when I stopped in we sealed the deal. Now my worry was would you do the glasses correctly as this place was high volume. You fulfilled my wish as they came out perfect and were ready when you said.
Now what really felt good Melissa said: Joleen if you need an adjustment please stop in anytime to see us and the great words "No Charge."
