MIRAMAR - Miramar Cultural Center | ArtsPark presents Little Broadway Summer Camp 2013, a seven-and-a-half-week program presented by the Miramar Cultural Center | ArtsPark for children between six and 14 years old. The camp takes place Monday, June 17 to Tuesday, August 6 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The first four weeks of camp (June 17 to July 12) will be held at Vizcaya Park, which is located at 14200 SW 55th Street in Miramar at the end of Honeyhill Road. The final three-and-a-half weeks of camp (July 15 to August 6) will be held at the Miramar Cultural Center.
Campers will experience musical theater, technical theater, instruments, dance, acting, vocal, visual arts and more. The camp will include add-on features such as exciting field trips to art and cultural centers, special guest master artists and lunch 'n learns with guest speakers. The program culminates with a visual art exhibition and a public performance on Tuesday, August 6 at 7 p.m.
Camp fees are $650 for Miramar residents and $780 for non-residents with a 10 percent discount for younger siblings. There is a $45 non-refundable registration fee. Before and after care will be provided.
