DEERFIELD BEACH - (Nov. 16, 2012) – The Isle Casino Racing Pompano Park and All In Free Poker present the 2nd Annual PermaPlate Charity Poker Tournament on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at the Isle Casino located in Pompano Beach.
 
Tournament participants will be competing to win the $7,000 cash grand prize, as well as other top prizes such as a 5 day/4 night endless luxury all inclusive vacation to the Hacienda Tres Rios in Riviera Maya, Mexico with $300 airfare credit or a 4 day/3 night vacation with Royal Towers Run-of-House Room to Atlantis Paradise Island, Bahamas for two with $300 airfare credit.
 
In order to be eligible to play, a $200 buy in donation is required, which includes one tournament entry and one seat at a champagne brunch at Farmer’s Pick buffet from 10am – 3pm. Those who wish to attend but do not play poker can purchase a brunch ticket for $20. The tournament is Texas Hold’Em style where the starting stack is 10,000 units, with a $20 dealer tip available for 2,000 more chips. Re-entries will be available for the first hour for $100, for 10,000 units.
 
All proceeds from the 2nd Annual PermaPlate Charity Poker Tournament will go towards helping families and children in South Florida.   Women In Distress provides free services such as crisis intervention, safe shelter, and counseling to victims of domestic violence and their children. While money raised for the Sun Sentinel Children’s Fund will be matched at 50 percent by the McCormick Foundation and allocated to organizations supporting the needs of local low-income children and families.
