The Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce is holding the Pineapple Jamboree on Friday, March 27th from 6-10pm. This fun and entertaining evening will be held at the historic Sample McDougald House, 450 NE 10 Street, Pompano Beach.
In the early 1940s, much of Pompano was covered in pineapple fields, including where the Sample McDougald house is located. The Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce holds this festival at Sample McDougald house in order to honor and celebrate the history of our beloved city.
Join us for a fun evening in a beautiful location. Bobby Rubino’s will be providing the food. Come and celebrate by getting your tickets early. Enjoy pineapple cocktails and Jell-O shots, beer/wine, live band, an open pit fire for roasting marshmallows, pineapple treats and pineapple plantings.
Tickets are $35 per person. Contact the chamber at 954-941-2940, www.pompanobeachchamber.com or info@pompanobeachchamber.com for more information.
