Fort Lauderdale, Florida -- Children’s Harbor will host its first Safe Harbor Society Mixer of 2022 at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach, benefiting the non-profit, from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, March 10. The Mixer is the official kick-off leading up to the Children’s Harbor 9th Annual Harbor Lights Gala, themed Havana Nights, set for Saturday, April 9.
The Safe Harbor Society Mixer is open to the public. Tickets are $45 and include cocktails, hors d oeuvres and networking on the rooftop of the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach, 551 N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. To purchase tickets, visit https://bit.ly/3HEfD9Z.
The Safe Harbor Society is actively building a community of "Harbor Keepers," a team of community advocates ushering in change to enhance the lives of foster children who have been impacted by trauma and neglect.
“This is a big year for us as we celebrate our 25th anniversary as a safe harbor and support for at-risk children, youth and families,” said Tiffani Dhooge, President/CEO of Children’s Harbor. “Our Mixers allow us to spread our message in the community and meet like-minded leaders who share our passion for breaking cycles and changing lives!”
