Cooking Class Series

Blue Moon Fish Co. is thrilled to announce a fabulous new Cooking Class Series, presented by Executive Chefs Bryce Statham and Baron Skorish. During the months of January, February and March, Bryce and Baron will demonstrate how to prepare several savory 4-course meals and pair them with featured wines and cocktails. Attendees will savor every dish and will be provided with the recipes presented in each class, so that you can impress your friends later with your new culinary skills!

Classes will be held on the second Saturday of each month.

On January 11, the chefs will teach you how to prepare some of Blue Moon Fish Co.’s most popular brunch recipes, such as Salmon Eggs Benedict, paired with handcrafted Bloody Marys and fancy bubbles. The February 8th class will feature Valentine's inspired dishes paired with Ferrari Carrano. The last class, on March 8th, will feature a menu with fresh spring ingredients paired with Rodney Strong. 

Cooking Classes will be held at from 3:30pm-6:00pm for $65 per person, including wine and cocktails. Space is limited. For reservations or for more information, call 954-267-9888.
