Owned and operated by Adena Foods, Adena Grill & Wine Bar will feature meats and poultry exclusively sourced from the 90,000-acre Adena Farms located in Ocala, Florida. Using an ethical approach to raising cattle and chickens in a stress free environment,, the all-natural approach, is in line with their philosophy of only serving the highest quality ingredients using the choicest cuts of all-natural beef and pasture-raised chicken. Guests will appreciate the choicest cuts of meat like Bone-in Filet, New York Strip Loin, Rib-Eye, Prime Rib and Bone-In Cowboy Steak that are cooked to perfection. Diners can start with the finest cheese platters paired perfectly with wine, Beef Carpaccio and the delicacy, Bone Marrow. The freshest seafood and shellfish adorn the menu along with a Gnocchi Mac & Cheese, Burrata & Strawberry, and Yellow Fin Tuna Tartare.

Adena Grill & Wine Bar features a warm and inviting atmosphere with a blend of old world ambience alongside a casual and modern vibe. Swarovski crystal chandeliers dangle from the vaulted ceiling and large vases of beautiful fresh orchids scatter the main dining room. Adena’s wine cellar is rustically decorated with stone and dark wood tables. Guests can enjoy more than 7,000 bottles of wine from various areas offering a wide variety of flavors and aromas to complement any savory dish. Connected to the main seating area is a causal elegant wine bar with dark wood tables, private dining area and intimate marble counter top bar, all hand selected by Frank Stronach. The highly acclaimed, Russian artist, Anna Razumovskaya was commissioned to hand paint scenic murals which adorn the walls throughout Adena Grill & Wine Bar.

Frank Stronach, started Adena Foods because he wanted to inspire a positive change in how we grow the foods we eat and help chart a new course for the food industry. “We are what we eat!” is the motto Stronach and Adena Foods keep in mind as they develop food sources to better our community’s health. Earlier this year, Stronach opened Frankey’s Sports Bar (Frankey’s) - A New Breed of Sports Bar, located next door to Adena Grill & Wine Bar. Frankey’s is known for the million dollar burger and like Adena Grill & Wine Bar, features an authentic and unique farm-to-fork experience with all meats and poultry being sourced exclusively from Adena Farms.
