FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale, recognized as Broward County’s premier shopping destination, has announced the beneficiaries for its Thursday, February 7, edition of “Take A Break Thursdays” progressive nights of shopping. Broward Partnership for the Homeless, Children’s Diagnostic and Treatment Center, Neighbors 4 Neighbors, Stonewall National Museum & Archives and Stranahan House will benefit from the 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. “friend-raiser” event.
“The Galleria is thrilled with the success of our first two ‘Take A Break Thursdays’ events” said Melissa Milroy, senior marketing manager at The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale. “This event will continue to feature retail participation from The Galleria to support the much-needed services provided by these organizations who promote culture, health services, historical relevance and volunteerism.”
While registered guests shop and take advantage of exclusive offers, attendees can also enjoy complimentary food and beverage options at participating stores and restaurants including Ann Taylor, Chico’s, Free People, Godiva, Seasons 52, Swarovski and more. A raffle with items will benefit the five organizations. Registered guests will also enjoy special pricing on wine and appetizers at Seasons 52.
