FORT LAUDERDALE – With a combined total of eight million followers on Facebook & Twitter, 12-year-old Matthew David Morris aka "MattyB" will perform an intimate concert in the Amaturo Theater at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts on Friday, April 10 at 7 p.m. The concert is presented by AEG Live and the Broward Center.

The pop singer/rapper from Atlanta has a large portfolio of music and his much-anticipated South Florida performance promises to feature his original songs such as “Top the Top” and cleaned up remakes of popular tracks including Pit Bull’s “Feel This Moment,” Taylor Swift’s “Blank Space” and Carly Rae Jepson's "Call Me Maybe," with a cast of talented backup dancers to keep everyone moving.

MattyB was named as one of the “Top 21 Under 21” by Billboard magazine in 2013, the same year he announced his first headline tour and sold out two back to back shows at Gramercy Theatre in New York City. He has also performed around the nation and in such venues as Phillips Arena, Gwinnett Arena, Six Flags, Centennial Olympic Park and Atlanta Motor Speedway.

After beginning his music career at age seven, MattyB has become an Internet superstar with more than 1.4 billion video views and over 3.6 million YouTube subscribers.
