DRUM TAO “30th Anniversary” Tour comes to The Parker on Sunday, February 18 at 7 p.m. Drum Tao set out to create the best show in the world using Taiko drums, Japanese drums with a very rare and unique variety of sound expressions. Based in Oita, Japan, they started creating their own music, stage set-ups and costumes to produce concerts that have thrilled fans for three decades.

The Classical Mystery Tour accompanied by the South Florida Symphony Orchestra conducted by Maestra Sebrina Alfonso comes to the Au-Rene Theater Saturday, May 11 at 8 p.m.. Since its initial performance at the Orange County Performing Arts Center (now renamed Segerstrom Center for the Arts) in 1996, it has become the no. 1 Symphony Pops attraction over the two decades. The group has been performing consistently for nearly 25 years with more than 100 orchestras in the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia. The group played to packed houses at the Sydney Opera House and has performed with America’s most prestigious orchestras: The Cleveland Orchestra, The Boston Pops, The Philadelphia Orchestra and The San Francisco Symphony, among many others.
