FORT LAUDERDALE, FL– NAIOP South Florida, a Commercial Real Estate Development Organization, will host South Florida’s Economic Outlook on Tuesday, January 26 from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, 1 Seminole Way in Hollywood.

The event will feature guest speaker Mark Vitner, managing director and senior economist at Wells Fargo Securities, the capital markets and investment banking sector of Wells Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries. Vitner, who will give remarks on South Florida’s economic outlook for 2016 during the event, has more than 30 years of experience as an economist and leads the Wells Fargo Economics Group, ranked by Bloomberg News as a top economics team for the past four years.

“Having recently co-presented ‘The Great Divide,’ Wells Fargo Securities’ annual economic outlook webcast for 2016, I’m eager to share my insights on how national economic trends affect South Florida’s market” said Vitner. “Given the current state of our nation’s services, production and labor sectors, 2016 will be an interesting year indeed.”
