FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Hoffman’s Chocolates is excited to announce that it is celebrating its 40th Anniversary this year. On Tuesday, June 16th, to kick-off the celebration, the legendary chocolatier hosted a gourmet chocolate party at Hoffman’s Chocolates Factory, Shoppe, Ice Cream Parlor and Gardens in Greenacres, Florida.

During the event, Levan welcomed guests including Greenacres Mayor Samuel J. Ferreri, Greenacres City Manager Wadie Atallah, Palm Beach County Commissioner Paulette Burdick and special guest, Hoffman’s Chocolates Founder Paul Hoffman, and thanked the community for their support of Hoffman’s Chocolates throughout the years.
During a heartwarming ceremony, Chuck Mohr, President of Hoffman’s Chocolates, recognized the company’s founder by dedicating and naming the Community Area in the Gardens, the Paul Hoffman Community Corner. In conjunction with the dedication, Mohr also introduced the new Paul Hoffman Signature Collection line of chocolate. This limited edition assortment features eight chocolates representing the evolution of Mr. Hoffman’s favorite flavors throughout the years. Mayor Ferreri then presented Mr. Mohr with a Proclamation from the City of Greenacres, declaring June 16th Hoffman’s Chocolates Day in Greenacres.
“Paul is an amazing visionary and we are very proud to carry on the traditions that he started 40 years ago,” said Mohr. “It’s important to our team that the values with which the company was built continue on.”
In commemoration of this milestone, Hoffman’s Chocolates also introduced its new Hoffman’s Pretzel Tin featuring 24 of the chocolatier’s famous gourmet pretzels covered in various toppings including toffee, chocolate chips and nuts. The signature chocolate pretzels are the perfect way to satisfy anyone’s sweet/salty craving. Hoffman’s Chocolates will also be holding a series of special events, promotions, and philanthropic activities throughout the year to promote community engagement and thank its longtime supporters and customers. This will all culminate with the chocolatier’s 25th Annual Winter Wonderland during the holiday season.
