John Eugene ("Jack") Winkler On April 21, 2013, John Eugene ("Jack") Winkler, 77, of Baltimore, MD and Wilton Manors, FL passed peacefully in his sleep while rehabilitating from heart surgery. He is survived by his soul mate and partner of 23 years, Troy G. Nichols of Wilton Manors; his best friend and former wife of 33 years, June D. (Wise) Winkler of Catonsville and Annapolis; a daughter, Julia W. Breed of Annapolis; a son, Kenneth D. Winkler of Baltimore, and his wife Cathryn R. Winkler; a son Eddie J. Frazier of Baltimore and other beloved foster children too numerous to count; and his shining star, a granddaughter, Madeleine J. Breed of Annapolis. A graduate of Washington College, Jack built a business and countless friendships as a Manufacturer's Representative for over 30 years. He was loving and generous, and changed the lives of so many whom he touched.
