POMPANO BEACH, fla. – The Fair Housing Act’s regulations regarding assistance animals have sparked confusion and debate among board members and residents of community associations. In response and to help clarify the law, leading South Florida community association law firm Kaye Bender Rembaum will host a free “Navigating Fair Housing: Assistance Animal or Pet?” seminar on Thursday, May 8 from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. at the Firm’s office in Pompano Beach, located at 1200 Park Central Blvd. South.
“The Fair Housing Act directly impacts community associations, so it is imperative that board members and residents understand what the legislation means to them,” said Robert Kaye, managing member of Kaye Bender Rembaum. “Our seminar will provide attendees with a wealth of information and is an excellent opportunity to learn how to successfully and legally navigate the issue of assistance animals and pets.”
Space is limited and reservations are required. The course number is 9627147 and the provider number is 0005092. To RSVP for the May 8 seminar, contact Odalis Milanes at Odalis@KBRLegal.com or call 954-928-0680.
