MIAMI, FL – Rick Case Automotive Group, a car company who celebrated 50 years in business in 2012, is pairing with SkyJoy Interactive, an emerging Miami-based video game developer focused on casual and social games in the mobile market, to throw a party at which time SkyJoy will award a Rick Case car to one lucky (and hardworking) SkyJoy employee.
“We’re excited to be partnering with Skyjoy in rewarding one of their employees a brand new Rick Case car to honor them for their hard work,” said Stan Bostic, Rick Case’s National Director of Communication. “The Rick Case Automotive Group is also pleased to announce we’ll be working with SkyJoy on other mutually beneficial events, so this is just the beginning of a great partnership.”
As SkyJoy hits the home stretch of development on their first video game title, Super Kid Cannon, they are challenging and rewarding their hardworking employees with this major event. Every two weeks, SkyJoy employees are challenged with a new sprint: a list of tasks, duties, milestones, and other targets to hit by the end of the next Friday. These assignments are given to teams, who work out themselves how to tackle the goals within the given time. During each sprint, the teams and individuals at SkyJoy earns points by working scheduled hours, completing items on the list. On September 14th, the grand prize winner of the whole program will be announced at a grand event where a Rick Case car will be revealed and presented to the winning employee.
A finalist will be the star of the gala at the Rick Case showroom on Saturday, September 14th at 1:00 P.M. where there will be a party for all SkyJoy employees and members of the media; complete with a cake and snacks. The grand prize winner will then be surprised with a dazzling lineup of cars from Rick Case Honda, Rick Case Hyundai, Rick Case Fiat and Rick Case Motorcycles.
“Our new partnership with the Rick Case Automotive Group is one we’re very proud of,” said Abboudi Taher, Founder and President of SkyJoy Interactive. “They are a proven force for good within South Florida as well as Georgia and Ohio where they operate, and we’re excited for their company to be our Official and Exclusive Automotive Company.”
Media are invited to attend for interviews, video and more. Please RSVP to Stan Bostic at stanbostic@rickcase.com or 954-560-7905 to reserve a spot at the event and set up an interview.
For those who can’t attend, all of the best photos and video from the event will be available at the Super Kid Cannon Facebook page Twitter and Instagram.
SkyJoy’s first game, Super Kid Cannon, features fast-paced vertical-scrolling action along with puzzles and strategic thinking to progress through levels. The game can easily be played by everyone but incorporates features and extras designed to offer a challenge to hardcore gamers. Super Kid Cannon will include a variety of memorable characters, each one with their own unique personality and traits. Social integrations such as comparing ratings, scores and checking a friend’s progress in the game will also be available.
