FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Special Needs Group, Inc. was presented with a Gold Stevie® Award in the Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year – Up to 100 Employees category in The 10th Annual American Business Awards.
The SNG Certified Accessible Travel Advocate™ Program was recognized as a landmark milestone in furthering the cause of accessible travel for the over 63 million Americans with disabilities and special needs. In 2011, Special Needs Group™ created its online Accessible Travel Advocate course, an industry first, to provide travel professionals with critical knowledge, skills, and resources to help clients with special needs realize their travel dreams. Most travel professionals previously did not have, or know how to acquire, information about how to service travelers with special needs.
