Maridee Bell MIRAMAR, Fla. – Maridee Bell, vice president of leasing and marketing at Sunbeam Properties, developer of the Miramar Park of Commerce, has been honored by Real Estate Forum as a 2013 commercial real estate “Woman of Influence.” As part of her recognition, Bell is featured in the recent issue of Real Estate Forum, a national real estate trade publication.
 
Each year, Real Estate Forum’s Women of Influence honors the top women in commercial real estate for their personal achievements and successes in the industry.

Bell oversees leasing and marketing at the Miramar Park of Commerce, the largest local privately owned and managed business park in South Florida spread over 600 acres and made up of more than five million square feet of office/service, laboratory, pharmacy, light manufacturing and distribution space. During her tenure with the Park, Bell has completed nearly 600 leases for more than 11 million square feet of space.
 
Bell’s primary goal in her career is to continue spearheading forward-looking strategies to position the Park for many years to come as the most desirable location for top-tier tenants around the world who do business in South Florida. She and her team have been instrumental in creating a hub of healthcare companies in the Park, and she continues to work closely with her operations team to ensure that the pristine quality of the Park is maintained. Bell stays focused on keeping occupancy rates high and providing outstanding customer service to tenants, developing plans and finding creative real estate solutions for tenants in the event that they need to expand or downsize.
