FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — Premier Developers, best known locally for its “La Rive” condo which premiered in 2005, is introducing a new level of “la dolce vita” – Italian for “the sweet life” – to the up-and-coming Middle River area in Fort Lauderdale with RIVA, a 100-residence luxury riverfront condominium.
