PLANTATION, FL -- On The Ball Marketing Vice President of Sales Zack Stein has been named a finalist for South Florida Business & Wealth magazine’s 2015 Up & Comer Awards in the Marketing & Media category. Stein, an educated “Thinker” at On The Ball, is in charge of developing new relationships for the sales and marketing agency, which specializes in investing time and talent in emerging ideas to help them grow.

The Up & Comer Awards program, created by South Florida Business & Wealth magazine and Lifestyle Media Group, showcases the many South Florida professionals whose dedication to their occupation and community deserves recognition. The awards honor individuals 39 years of age or younger who exhibit drive and promise; someone poised to become — or who already is — a proven leader in their field. Finalists represent a wide range of backgrounds and industries.

Finalists and winners will be recognized at the Up & Comer Awards program on Thursday, June 18, 5:30 p.m. at The Venue in Wilton Manors, located at 2345Wilton Drive, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33305.

Stein has extensive experience in supply chain management and measuring financialviability of projects in the sports and entertainment industry. He has worked on engagements with MLB, MiLB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and a sports marketing/memorabilia firm representing over 100 professional athletes. In his position at On The Ball, he has helped many entrepreneurs name, package andtake their products and services to market. Over the past two years, he hasbeen instrumental in developing and executing the newest and fastest growing of On The Ball’s service offerings, training and other sales teams such as Toshiba Business Systems, Enterprise Fleet, BankUnited, and the Miami Marlins on the benefits of “social selling.”

In addition to his position with On The Ball Marketing, Stein recently opened and co-founded Raw Republic, a cold-pressed juice bar in Aventura with his two cousins. They plan to begin expanding corporate stores and offering franchise opportunities by the end of 2015. In 2014, Stein and On The Ball Marketing became a partner with RealConnex, launched as the first online marketplace connecting the entire commercial real estate ecosystem.

Stein is on the Young Leaders Society Steering Committee for United Way of Broward County. He is also a member of The Miami Club, AIPAC’s (America’s pro-Israel lobby) Young Leadership Division, and the Young Leadership Division, JewishFederation of Broward County.
