Gigi Stetler and RV Sales of Broward Files Suit Against Camping World
Details
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- The Ticktin Law Group, representing Gigi Stetler, owner of RV Sales of Broward, announces that they are amending their suit and filing against Camping World.
The original filed lawsuit against Mark Bellissimo and all his named corporations in 2010 dealt with:
Stetler illegally being thrown off the equestrian show grounds in 2010 causing infliction of emotional distress and damage to her reputation. After a full day hearing, the USEF ruled unanimously in Stetler's favor and Bellissimo was admonished.
Fraudulently obtaining RV Sales of Broward's client list and selling it to Stetler's biggest competitor Camping World, which replaced them as the new RV Sponsor of the Winter Equestrian Festival. They interfered with the relationship which RV Sales had with its customers.
The updated suit against Camping World files on numerous accounts including:
Intentional Interference with an advantageous business relationship. Bellisimo tricked Stetler intro providing her customer's information and sold it to Camping World, who then acquired all of RV Sales clientele.
Tortious Interference with a Contractual Right. Camping World CEO Markus Lemonis falsely accused Stetler of looking through Camping World's inventory and bribed Bellismo to bar Stetler from Winter Equestrian Festival on grounds of Stetler being a trespasser.
Civil Conspiracy. Bellisimo and Camping World came together to gain control over RV Sales trade secrets, confidential proprietary information, and interfere with Stetler's business relations to then pass the accounts and secrets to Camping World.
Violation of Florida Statute 542.19 Monopoly. Camping World formed a monopoly by eliminating the competition of RV Sales. This action follows pursuant to 542.19 Florida Statutes.
"One of the things we learned about Gigi is that she won't just quit and go away. She's a fighter looking for justice and we're honored to represent her," said Peter Ticktin, founder and attorney at The Ticktin Law group.
