FORT LAUDERDALE, FL  – Brimstone WFG Holding Company is pleased to announce that it has hired Callum Molloy as General Manager of its upscale, yet casual eatery, Grille 401. Located at 401 East Las Olas Boulevard, Grille 401 features an innovative menu of freshly grilled seafood, steak, homemade pastas, fresh salads, delicious desserts and an expansive mezzanine perfect for private events, socializing and corporate meetings.
 
In his new position as General Manager, Callum will oversee the day to day management and operations of Grille 401. He will work closely with all of Grille 401’s personnel to create a warm and friendly dining experience for all of the restaurant’s patrons.

Callum graduated from Texas Tech in 2005 with a degree in Business Marketing.  He discovered his passion for food, wine and service while waiting tables at a fine dining establishment and attending Texas Tech.  Upon graduation, Callum moved back to his hometown beginning his career as a server at Truluck's Dallas in 2005.  Callum was promoted to an Associate Manager with the company in 2006.  In January of 2009, Callum was asked to move to South Florida as Assistant General Manager and open Truluck's Fort Lauderdale.   After his eight-year career there, he resigned to join the Brimstone WFG Holding Company and Grille 401 as the restaurant’s General Manager, in pursuit of challenge and change.  Callum and his wife Christine, devote their free time to helping the Ft Lauderdale Covenant House and supporting other local charities.

Grille 401’s passion lies in sourcing a premier selection of fresh ingredients and providing dishes with distinctive flavors and stylish presentation including freshly grilled seafood, steak, handmade pastas, fresh salads and delicious homemade desserts.
